PLACING AN ORDER
You will be deemed to have read, comprehended, and accepted to these Terms & Conditions by placing an order with us. Before placing an order with us, you should speak with one of our customer care representatives if you have any questions or concerns about these conditions. By using this website to place an order, you are making Care N Comfort an offer to buy the items listed in your order under the conditions outlined in your order.
A confirmation of your order’s receipt will be sent to you after you place one, but this does not imply that your offer to buy the products has been accepted. Only when an order has been approved, processed, and shipped to you will there be a contract between you and Care&Comfort for the sale of our items.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If applicable, shipping charges will be added to the order amount. See Shipping.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days following the day you receive your products under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134. (With the exception of any made to order items). You don’t have to give us a reason or pay a penalty if you decide to end your contract.
If you desire to cancel your order, you may do so using the cancellation form provided at the end of these terms and conditions, or you may also send us written notice using any long-lasting method (for example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You must ship the items back to our contact address at your own cost and risk if you get the goods before you cancel your contract. If you decide to cancel your order but we have already prepared the products for delivery, you must return the prepared goods back to us at our contact address as soon as possible at your own expense and risk. You must not unpack the prepared goods when you get them.
If the loss is the consequence of your unnecessary handling of the supplied products, we may subtract that amount from your return (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
:1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
:2 We do not deliver to your area; or
:3 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we decide not to complete your order for the aforementioned reasons, we will email you to let you know and will promptly, but no later than within 14 days, reimburse your account with the amount we took from your credit/debit card.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
This website’s owners or authorized users are Buy Any PPE Ltd., who also holds all copyrights. Without our permission, you may not use this website or any of its contents in any way other than for your own personal, noncommercial use. This includes copying or storing it or them in whole or in part. Anything on this website may not be altered, shared, or reposted for any reason.
